1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you" or "your") and zs777h (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the zs777h online gaming information and services platform accessible at https://zs777h.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or related services.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the zs777h platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

zs777h is an English-language online gaming information platform serving users across Pakistan, including but not limited to users located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that online gambling is legal in Pakistan or in any specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming activity in their respective locations.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the zs777h website, mobile application and associated services available at https://zs777h.cam.
• "User" / "Account Holder" — any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload offer or other incentive made available to Users from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals or certain account features are activated.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions where the operator does not hold a valid licence to operate.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms available within the Account settings.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of zs777h, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the local currency of Pakistan.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the zs777h Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform operates a strict 18+ only policy. Reaching the age of 18 does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan; local laws remain applicable.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: Only one Account per person, household, IP address or device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Not a Self-Excluded Individual: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether applied through this Platform or any other responsible gambling scheme.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.

4 Registration & Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you are required to register an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete, and you agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a username and a secure password. Additional personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and identification documents may be required for KYC verification purposes prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Your username and password are confidential. You must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• zs777h is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the zs777h Platform solely for its intended and lawful purpose — the access of online gaming services and related information content — and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable law.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than personal use without prior written consent from zs777h.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or data-mining software to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise gain access to the Platform's source code or proprietary systems.
• Post, transmit or distribute any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content through the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated services.
• Use another User's Account credentials or impersonate any person or entity.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the Platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the payment terms, minimum and maximum thresholds, and processing timelines specified in the Platform's payment policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds are determined by the operator and the selected payment method. Illustrative example: PKR 500–PKR 1,000 for many available methods. Verify current minimums on the Platform before transacting.
• Withdrawal Requirements: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. The Platform will communicate expected timelines at the point of request.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited on the Platform are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Currency: Transactions may be denominated in PKR or other supported currencies as specified in the Platform's payment section. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.
• Payment References: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with the Platform or its gambling services.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, zs777h may offer Users Bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards. The acceptance of any Bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that Bonus, in addition to this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Illustrative example: a 30× rollover requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Actual requirements are specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies. Exceeding the maximum permitted bet (example: PKR 500 per bet or spin) may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino or table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Check individual Bonus terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the individual Bonus terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of activation. Expired Bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some Bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit — the highest amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from a Bonus, regardless of total winnings accumulated.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit Bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, abuse of promotional terms or other manipulative behaviour will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Right to Modify: zs777h reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any consumer protection obligations applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and will be made available within the relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted except where expressly provided for in specific game or market rules.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrectly priced odds resulting from manifest error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as officially declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, PSL governing authority) or game provider shall prevail.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each market or game are displayed at the point of play. These limits may be modified at the Platform's discretion.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an in-play event. The Platform is not liable for any inability to place or amend bets during a suspension.
• RTP (Return to Player) rates for casino and slot games are determined by the game provider and are based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from the stated RTP.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zs777h Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated betting systems, arbitrage tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Conducting money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities, whether intentionally or otherwise, and failing to report the same to the Platform immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate grounds, commonly referred to as "friendly fraud".
• Systematic exploitation of Bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

zs777h reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing Account.
• Account accessed from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• User request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Legal, regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus balances and Bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances resulting from legitimate deposits, net of any applicable fees, will be returned to the User through the original payment method following the completion of any ongoing investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs777h and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical failure or Force Majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform. Gambling involves risk and the outcome of any game or bet is not guaranteed.
• Any decisions made by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Intellectual Property

All content published on the zs777h Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and software — is the property of zs777h or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from zs777h.

The zs777h name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited. zs777h does not reproduce or claim ownership of any third-party registered marks, including PSL, ICC, or any official Pakistani governmental or institutional emblems.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, store and share your personal data, and your rights in relation to that data.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You can review the full Privacy Policy at zs777h.cam/privacy-policy.

zs777h processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform, processing payments and complying with legal obligations.

14 Responsible Gambling

zs777h is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users, including Pakistani users who access the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

• Users may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session time limits through their Account settings.
• Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the Platform's self-exclusion tools, which suspend Account access for a defined period or permanently.
• Accounts identified as exhibiting signs of problem gambling may be flagged and the Account Holder may be contacted by the Platform's responsible gambling team.
• The Platform does not offer credit facilities. Users may only wager funds that they have deposited and that are available in their Account balance.

15 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs777h holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall prevent zs777h from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

zs777h does not claim to hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and in full acknowledgement that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable operator licence, details of which will be communicated to the User upon request.

16 Amendments to These Terms

zs777h reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Account Holders via the email address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are substantively revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
